Thank you for choosing Arielle Louise Aesthetics. Before you complete your booking, please take a moment to read through the information below. It covers everything you need to know about the booking process, consultations, and our cancellation policy, so there are no surprises along the way.

A note on availability
Some clinic dates are currently booking six to eight weeks in advance. To avoid disappointment, please book as early as possible and follow the correct booking process for your treatment type below. Appointments booked without the required consultation where one is needed may be cancelled or converted to a consultation appointment, which could delay your treatment.
New Clients
I am currently welcoming new clients, though this may change. If you are new to the clinic, please read the following carefully before booking.
Treatments that require a prescription
The following treatments are prescription-only medicines and require a face to face consultation before treatment can be administered:

Anti-wrinkle injections (botulinum toxin)

Dissolvers (hyaluronidase)

B12 vitamin injections
-
Sculptra (where lidocaine is required for prescribing purposes)
For these treatments, please book your consultation and your treatment appointment separately. This allows you to choose different dates for each. Your consultation must take place before your treatment appointment.
Important: if you book a treatment appointment without first booking the required consultation, your appointment will automatically be changed to a consultation. Your treatment may then be delayed if your preferred date is no longer available.
Treatments that do not require a prescription
The following treatments do not require a prior consultation and can be booked directly if you know what you would like to achieve:

Polynucleotides

Skin boosters

Microneedling

Dermal fillers

Sculptra (standard booking)
Multiple sessions can be booked in advance. You are welcome to book your first session and then contact me directly with dates for any following sessions. A rolling deposit will be applied to each appointment.
Existing Clients
Returning within six months
If you have previously been seen by Arielle for a prescribed treatment and it has been less than six months since your last visit, you can book your treatment directly as long as nothing has changed in your medical history.
Returning after six months
If it has been more than six months since your last visit, a prescription review appointment is required before proceeding with any of the following:

Anti-wrinkle injections (botulinum toxin)

Dissolvers (hyaluronidase)
-
B12 vitamin injections
There is a £15 charge for this prescription review appointment. Please book this before your treatment appointment to avoid any delay.
Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy
Anti-wrinkle injection appointments
Due to the prescribing process involved with botulinum toxin, cancellations and rescheduling requests for anti-wrinkle injection appointments must be made at least seven days before the appointment date.

Booking fees are non-refundable.

Booking fees are transferable to any other appointment within the next 30 days.
All other treatments
All other treatment appointments can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the appointment time.

Rescheduled appointments must be moved to a date within the next 30 days.

If an appointment is cancelled rather than rescheduled, the booking fee is non-refundable but transferable to a different treatment within the next 30 days.
Please note: booking fees cannot be carried beyond 30 days from the original appointment date under any circumstances.
