I'm a BAMAN aesthetics Nurse practitioner and independent prescriber based in Plymouth, and I genuinely love what I do.
My journey into aesthetics started with over 15 years of nursing experience within the NHS, where I worked in the community and local District Nursing teams. I was awarded the Queens Nurse title for my commitment to safe effective care.
That clinical background shaped everything about how I approach aesthetics: with care, precision, and your safety always at the centre of every decision I make.
I know that choosing someone to trust with your face and your confidence is a big deal. That's why I want you to feel completely at ease from the moment you get in touch, whether you're curious about a treatment, ready to book, or just want to ask a few questions first.
Why I Started A.L. Aesthetics
Like a lot of people, I've always believed that feeling good in your own skin makes a real difference to how you move through the world. I started Arielle Louise Aesthetics because I wanted to offer something that goes beyond the treatment itself, a space where you feel heard, cared for, and never pressured.
As a nurse, I spent years putting patients first. That instinct doesn't switch off in the treatment room. Every client I see gets my full attention, an honest conversation about what's right for them, and results that look like the best version of you.
Qualifications & Experience
I'm a registered nurse with over 15 years of NHS experience, and I hold an independent prescriber qualification, which means I can legally and safely prescribe and administer treatments like botulinum toxin and other injectables, to the highest clinical standard.
With more than three years of dedicated aesthetics experience and over 600 clients treated, I combine medical knowledge with a careful eye for natural, balanced results.

From your very first contact, I aim to make the experience straightforward and stress-free. Every new client receives a free consultation, where we talk through your goals, answer any questions, and build a treatment plan that's right for you, with no obligation to book.
I offer a welcoming clinic environment at two convenient Plymouth locations: my base clinic in Derriford and a Tuesday/Wednesday clinic at PMU Temple in Plymstock.
